Can I still earn points? What will happen to the points I earned during system upgrade?
Yes, you will still earn points. Once the system upgrade is completed, we will make sure that your points will be credited in your account.
Is it possible to redeem rewards while in system upgrade?
We are temporarily pausing redemptions until we complete the system upgrade. Don’t worry, your points will be intact and will be automatically transferred in the new app.
Why can’t I redeem my rewards?
We are undergoing a major system upgrade. The points of all members are on hold until we launch the new mobile app. Once we are ready, you can enjoy redeeming awesome rewards and more!
I want to make sure that my points will be credited.
You don’t have to worry! While we are in the process of upgrading the system, your points will be intact and recorded. For concerns regarding your points, you may send an email to rewards@abenson.com.
I still have points that are not credited yet.
For purchases with uncredited points before the system upgrade (October 19, 2021), you may send an email to rewards@abenson.com with the subject "Uncredited Points - (Whole name of member)" and attach a photo of your receipt. One of our customer care specialists will assist you.
Is it possible to register as a member now (while on system upgrade)?
Membership registration is currently on hold. Membership registration, earning points and redeeming rewards will resume once system upgrade is completed.
Why can’t I access plus.com.ph?
Since we are upgrading, plus.com.ph will no longer be accessible. We are making sure that everyone will get more rewards and experience more benefits after the system upgrade.
